09/17/09 Truly AMAZING! We had a last-minute
family get-together and everything couldn't have been more perfect! Kevin makes you feel like you're a close personal
friend - he's the perfect host. The pictures of the house don't do it justice, it's huge and comfortable and has
everything we could possibly want. We didn't see the kids for 4 days - between the hot tub, pool table & ping pong
table - they were in heaven. Thank you, we'll definitely be back!!

07/20/09 GREAT TIME! We had 27 people in the house and had plenty of
room. Kevin was honest and great to work with. The place was more than ready for us when we got there, and the location was
very convenient. We walked or rode our bikes most places. Great views of the east side of the valley, and sunrises from the
deck were stunning. Highly recommend this location to anyone with a large group.

06/01/09 We had our family/friends reunion over
the Memorial Day weekend at the Lodge and we had a great time. The house was perfect for our large group. There was plenty
of room in the upper level great room for everyone to hang out and play games. The game room was a big hit among the young
and the young at heart. Kevin was a pleasure to work with and very kind. We will stay here again in the future.

05/06/09 We had a wonderful time on our weekend at this beautiful
place. There were 23 of us, it is our annual Cousin's retreat. There was plenty of room and we all enjoyed ourselves very
much. The game room and hot tub are fantastic. The view is beatiful and there is plenty of space for everyone to be able to
spread out and enjoy themselves. Would highly recommend using this property.

04/24/09 Our large family stayed at Kevin's place
in February. The house has a great layout with a large kitchen that could easily accommodate our group. The kids loved the
gameroom and the foxes that often played right off the porch. Location is ideal. Close to the grocery store, movie theater
and the ski lifts are just down the road. Kevin was great to work with. Prompt responses to all questions and e-mails. Would
love to stay there again in the future. Highly recommended!

as a large group and booked both units. The layout worked very well - we used the downstairs kitchen for a rolling breakfast
and in the evening all of us were able to sit down together in the main upstairs room. The pool and air hockey were popular
in the evening. Everything was very comfortable and the owner, Kevin, was a joy to deal with. Recommended.

Our family enjoyed Kevin's home over Christmas. The fireplace & kitchen are terrific (in addition to going out
the kids made a wonderful meal). The game room (ping pong, pool, foosball & jacuzzi) was great. We had a lot of fun at

12/17/08 Great house! We stayed with a large group of family for Thanksgiving and it worked great. The
kitchen is so open and there was plenty of room for everyone to sit at a table and eat. Bedrooms were big and we all enjoyed
the game room. The owner was very helpful and made our time enjoyable.

09/22/08 What a Great 5 Star , Luxurious home in the Dillon. My family was very impressed , and
I loved the huge Hot Tub at the end of the day. Hope to rent it out again soon, would be perfect for Thanksgiving or X-Mas,

02/29/08 I want to thank Kevin for letting us stay in his beautiful chalet. It was a great location
w/ Keystone, restaurants and shops only 5 minutes away. The gameroom and hottub area downstairs was a perfect hangout for
our kids and us-adults! The bdrms were spacious and accomodated us comfortably, loved your open kitchen and living space,
it was perfect for all 13 of us. We'll definitely book this beautiful Mt.Chalet again! Muchas Gracias! Thanks again!
